How much money can be raised with your fundraiser?
How much money you make really depends on how many t-shirts your organization is able to sell. We've had some organizations that have raised as little as $500, and we've had some organizations who've raised much more.

How long does fundraisers typically last?
Fundraisers typically run 2 weeks. We find that if you extend it to a 3rd week, you'll typically make a more significant amount of money.

Can we get t-shirts on a consignment basis?
Due to the high incident of fraud, we're not able to release t-shirts on a consignment basis.

Shirts for display you buy at retail prices, and when you place the big order you receive the discount on the big order and also the same discount on the display shirts previously bought, which is deducted from the big order wholesale price total.

How does your fundraiser work?
We recommend that you select up to 12 t-shirts to be used as displays. We find that when people are able to immediately see & feel the quality of the shirts, the more shirts they're likely to order. This will also allow them to get a generally idea as to how the shirt sizes will fit them. We recommend at least 12 t-shirts for displaying purposes. However, the more shirts you have on display, the more likely you're able to double or even triple the amount of shirts sold.

How do we collect money?
For your records, you can draw up a simple form that will include spaces where you can insert the customer name, their size, the shirt item number, as well as shirt quantities. Give the buyers this form so that they can fill out their selections and have them return it to you along with payment. You'll also need to create another generic form that will just list the shirt item number, sizes, and quantities; This is the form you'll send us to process and ship out your order.  What is our cost per shirt?
When its time to place your big & final order, you'll receive a 25% discount off your total order as long as you order 36 or more t-shirts, You could easily resell the t-shirts for $12.95. We have some organizations that have sold their shirts as high as $15.95. It really depends on your market area, as well as the reason why you're having the fundraiser.

Can we add our name or team name to the t-shirts?
You sure can.  You can incorporate this cost into the cost of the t-shirts.

How long does it take for us to receive the t-shirts?
It generally takes 3-5 days to process and have your order packed and placed in the mail. However, for very large orders of over 150 shirts, expect to receive delivery within 10-12 days. We generally ship large orders via UPS and will be able to provide you with a tracking reference number.
